Customer Service Associate-
Sarah’s Pumpkin Patch has developed a reputation for being a very high quality, customer service oriented company. Providing an outstanding experience for those who attend is of the greatest importance.
Responsibilities-
The successful candidate will: assist with set up and take down, greet customers as they arrive, check them in, explain how the event works, check customers out, take payment and give correct change, answer questions, and provide an overall outstanding experience for the event attendee. Employees should be friendly, outgoing, responsible, and self-motivated.
Cell phones should not be used while customers are present or while there are tasks to be done.
Special demands: Lifting up to 20 pounds may be required as is being in the heat for long periods of time. Must be able to stand for at least an hour.
Pay: Dependent on experience.
Employment opportunities are available late September (pumpkin harvest) and October. Both weekday and weekend opportunities are available. Employees do not have to work both days of the weekend unless they want to.
