Customer Service Associate-
Sarah’s Pumpkin Patch has developed a reputation for being a very high quality, customer service oriented company. Providing an outstanding experience for everyone who attends is of the greatest importance.
Responsibilities-
The successful candidate will: assist with set up and take down, greet customers as they arrive, check them in, explain how the event works, check customers out, take payment and give correct change, answer questions, and provide an overall outstanding experience for the event attendee. Employees should be friendly, outgoing, responsible, and self-motivated. Employees should be detail oriented and able to follow directions.
Additional responsibilities are available in the high tunnel (harvesting flowers, picking and packing fruit).
Cell phones should not be used while customers are present or while there are tasks to be done.
Special demands: Lifting up to 20 pounds may be required as is being in the heat for long periods of time. Must be able to stand for at least an hour.
Pay: Dependent on experience.
Employment opportunities are available during September (in the high tunnel harvesting flowers, fruit picking, and pumpkin harvest) and October (high tunnel harvesting flowers, picking fruit, and at the pumpkin patch). Both weekday and weekend opportunities are available. Employees do not have to work both days of the weekend unless they want to.
